Bike Maintenance
With MX Buddy it is easier than ever to keep track of your bike maintenance. Create service tasks for all your bikes and be reminded when they are due.
Service Tasks
Service tasks can be created for each bike independently. Each task consists of these parts
- Name
- Type (Check or Repacement)
- Reminder settings
- Notes
The task names you enter will be remembered and you can simply select them again from a list next time.
If you complete a due task, MX Buddy will automatically ask you if you want to create it again. This helps you to create recurring tasks faster.
Service Reminders
You have three combinable options for service reminders
- Hour meter
- Number of rides
- Due date
Whenever a task is due MX Buddy will notifiy you and display a badge icon on your bike. When a due date is reached, you will receive a push notification.
Your bike’s hour meter will automatically be increased whenever you log lap times. But you can also adjust the hour meter manually at any time.
Make sure your bike’s hour meter is up to date so that you are reminded of your due tasks on time.
Export
Whether you want to sell your old bike or just want to have an overview of all service tasks done for your current bike, MX Buddy lets you export all done services in a well structured PDF file.
